I would like to introduce you to a program that I have developed after many years of working with people who want to improve their health and fitness. For the past 29 years I have worked as a fitness consultant and instructor with men and women of all ages, in groups and individually. The fit and the unfit have one goal in common when it comes to their personal health, physical condition, and ability to cope with stress: everyone wants to improve the quality of their life! Designing the right program is not an easy task. With this goal as the foundation of my program I have put together a fabulous workshop that will enhance all areas of one's total well being, mind, body, and spirit.
This program is Forever BEST. "Forever" because being healthy in mind, body, and spirit is not a one time accomplishment but an on going process that will continue the rest of your life, forever. "BEST" because you are becoming the best you can be in every area of your life. The Forever BEST program will help you put quality and control back in your life!

The B in BEST is for Balance. When our life is arranged in harmony we have Balance. Often we become so involved with our daily responsibilities we neglect our personal fitness becoming unhealthy and out of shape. A balanced lifestyle improves our attitude, gives us a more positive self-image, and increases our efficiency at work and play. The E in BEST is for Energy. Energy is lively and enthusiastic giving us the power and enurance to go great distances. Whether running the track or running the rat race, we need energy to function at our peak potential. When our energy is low we become lazy and dull making it hard to keep our competitive edge. The S in BEST is for Strength. Strength is the power to resist stress and wear. When we are strong we increase our physical performance, improve our appearance and decrease our risk of injury. Building strength in our bones and muscles prepares us to be an active participant when life calls for getting physical. The T in BEST is for Tranquility. Tranquility keeps us free from disturbance like the serene and undisturbed beauty of a clear mountain lake. The agitation of an unhealthy lifestyle is very destructive and causes our bodies to break down. Through tranquility we find composure and harmony, the path to complete wellness.
